RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner is a cleaning agent for electronically and mechanically controlled fuel injectors. Binds water in the tank and fuel system into a flammable emulsion.
RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner provides for a cleaned injection system and therefore, for a combustion with a low degree of soot and reduced particles.
RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner prevents rattling noises and rough idling.
Application Note
RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner
is added to the diesel fuel.
Area of application:
Diesel engines in passenger cars and lorries
Can be used preventively at every service, in particular prior to emission measurements
In the event of reduced engine performanceFor all repairs on diesel injection systems
Can also be used in bio-diesel or mixtures of diesel fuel with bio-diesel
Application: The cleaning process is carried out in the tank or by filling the filter.
Cleaning process using the tank: Can content is sufficient for approx. 80 liters of diesel fuel.(Mixing ratio: 1: 250).
Fill the appropriate amount depending on the tank filling. Repeat after 2000 km.
Cleaning process using the filter housing: It is imperative torenew the filter! Completely fill the filter housing with RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner and remove air. Start engine and let it run at different speed ranges until additive is used up (max. 2000 rpm).
RAVENOL Diesel System Cleaner cleans the fuel injection system and restores the full power of the engine.
