Transformer oils (insulating oils) are exposed to the influence of heat and oxygen, electric fields, and the catalytic effect of copper. For these reasons, high demands are made on the oxidation resistance of the transformer oil.
RAVENOL Trafoel 1000P meets these high standards. It is an insulating oil which has been specially developed for use in transformers and switches.
RAVENOL Trafoel 1000P has been proving itself under extreme operating conditions for a number of years. It has high purity due to the excellent oxidation stability. This means a long life of the oil filling.
Application Note
RAVENOL Trafoel 1000P Transformer oil is used as coolant and insulating oil in electrical equipment such as transformers, converters and switches as well as used as a dielectric in capacitors.
Additional information: All packages should be kept under cover. In an unprotected outdoor storage without a roof, the oil drums should be laid horizontally to store in order to avoid the possible iningress of water and the obliteration of the label. The product should not be stored at temperatures above 60 ° C. It must be protected from direct sun light or freezing conditions.
